'IOWA' is a collection of improvisations initially recorded over a three day period in St Clements Church Norwich in September 2022 - culminating in a live performance on the final evening. The improvisations were later returned to and re-configured, collaged, and edited for the album. The result is a disorienting combination of live performance and studio recordings that cross into territories of deconstructed dance music, ambient soundscapes, and musique-concrète.

In their debut album, the duo has created a dance between digital and analogue mediums, sound and image, improvisation and composition. An organism that wavers between awareness and being, existing in a constant state of flux.
